How do we book your services for our wedding?Simply fill out the contact form on my website or reach out to me directly. Once we discuss your needs, I’ll send over an agreement and an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due a week before your wedding.
-
How far in advance should we book you as our wedding videographer? It's best to book as early as possible, especially if your wedding is during peak season. Many couples book 6-12 months in advance to ensure their date is secured. However, feel free to reach out even if your wedding is sooner—I’ll do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings if my schedule allows.

What is your process of crafting a wedding film? After filming a wedding, I process a full day’s worth of footage by importing, organizing, and backing it up across multiple hard drives. I then sync audio from various sources with footage from different camera angles, carefully review every clip to select the best visuals, and meticulously go through the ceremony and speeches to choose the best audio moments. Once the best moments are selected, I apply professional color correction to enhance the footage, ensuring it looks stunning and cohesive. Finally, I find the perfect music to complement the footage and begin crafting your story.
-
Will we receive the raw footage from our wedding day? While I provide a fully edited wedding film and highlight reel, I typically do not include raw footage as part of my packages. However, if you’re interested in having the raw footage, we can discuss this option and include it as an add-on to your package. Be mindful that my raw unedited footage might be shaky because I move a lot during the filming day.
-
How long will it take to receive our wedding film?I aim to deliver your final wedding film within 3-4 weeks after your wedding day depending on a package you choose. The editing process is meticulous to ensure that your film is of the highest quality, reflecting the beauty and emotion of your special day.
-
What are the options for sharing our final wedding film with family and friends?I offer several convenient options for sharing your final wedding film with family and friends. You’ll receive a downloadable link, allowing you to save and share the video easily. I also upload your film to YouTube, making it accessible for online viewing. Additionally, if you’d like a physical copy, I can provide your wedding film on a USB drive for an additional fee. This way, you can choose the option that works best for you and your loved ones.
-
Do you travel for destination weddings?Absolutely! I love capturing destination weddings and am available for travel anywhere, including international locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location.
-
What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel our wedding?I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, please refer to the terms in our contract regarding refunds and rescheduling policies.
-
What if our wedding lasts longer than expected? If your wedding day extends beyond the scheduled filming hours, additional hours can be added at a rate specified in your contract. Just let me know on the day, and I’ll make sure we capture all the important moments, no matter how late the celebration goes.

Do you always capture drone footage?I strive to capture drone footage at every wedding but can’t always guarantee it due to strict Transport Canada regulations. Several factors, including location, come into play. If your venue is near an airport, seaplane terminal, or helicopter base (a “no-fly zone”), drone use is prohibited as it is both illegal and unsafe, with hefty penalties for violations. Weather is another key consideration - safety is my top priority. I only fly drones in optimal conditions and avoid operating them in heavy rain or strong winds, as navigating safely becomes challenging, following the rules of Transport Canada. That said, if it’s both legal and safe, I am happy to include drone footage at no additional cost!
