Booking Policy

1. Cancellation: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. If terminated by Client, fees for work completed up to that point will be due. If terminated by Provider, Client will receive a 100% refund of all payments made. All due payments should be completed within 2 (two) days after the termination. 2. Responsibilities: Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and access for Provider to film at the event location, including venue permissions, permits, and access passes. Client must provide all relevant information and details regarding the event, such as schedules, key moments to be captured, and specific requests for the video, and is responsible for coordinating with Provider to ensure a smooth filming process. Provider agrees to perform the filming services in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to all venue rules and regulations, and is responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Provider will capture the event according to the Client's requirements and deliver the final edited video within the agreed timeframe. They will also take reasonable steps to ensure the successful capture of the event, including planning for contingencies in case of equipment failure or other unforeseen issues. Open communication will be maintained by Provider before, during, and after the event to ensure all Client’s needs and expectations are met. 3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the project. 4. Amendments: Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties. 5. Liability: The videographer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond their control. 6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. 7. Copies: This Agreement is created in two copies, each for the Client and the Service Provider. 8. Ownership and Usage Rights: - The Service Provider shall retain ownership of all photo and video materials created during the provision of services to the Client. - The Service Provider is granted the right to use, display, and post any such materials on their social media platforms, portfolio, and marketing materials without the need for further approval from the Client. 9. Client has a Opt-Out Option for a fee in $350
